. . . Reported on board the Savannah in September 1944 and was transferred off in April 1946.  Upon reporting on board I was placed in the “5th Division” and remained in that division for approximately one year.  At that time I was moved to the “N Division” and served there until my transfer off at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and ultimate discharge.

 

My wife’s name is Betty.
