JESS BENNETT TRUEX was born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in coastal Mississippi.  She is a freelance Designer working with Interior Design, Graphic design and Fashion styling.  Jess earned a Bachelor's in Fine Art at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida.

Jess currently resides in Savannah, Georgia where she assists small business owners and non-profits with branding and graphic design.  She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Center for a Sustainable Coast.

This piece explores the joy we would typically experience at a day at the beach or on a holiday, but with the intrusion of plastic versus sand, sun, & fun.
